Lantern night scavenger hunt!

Being part of the Cozy Vales anthology has been the highlight of my year. We wanted to thank our Cozy supporters with a bit of fun and a winter giveaway.

The Lantern Night holiday in Cozy Vales falls on the longest night of the year (in Cozy Vales, that’s always December 21st), and it’s a time of reflection, gratitude, and giving.

In that spirit, we want to give something special to all you amazing readers, so we’re closing out the year with the Lantern Night Bundle of Gratitude giveaway!

The Cozy Vales Scribes have put together a collection with everything you need for a cozy winter read, and one lucky person will be chosen by random drawing to receive it all:

  • A paperback copy of Winter Tales from Cozy Vales signed by Deanna and Angela Stuart
  • A cozy mug for your favorite beverage
  • An adorable book dragon t-shirt
  • An ebook copy of Bedsocks and Broomsticks by G Clatworthy
  • A signed paperback of Dwarves & Daisies by Scott Walker
  • Ebook copies of the Wyngraf cozy fantasy ezine volumes 1-4
  • An ebook copy of Bard City Blues by Nathaniel Webb
  • A paperback copy of Murder for a Song by KM Jackways

Want (5) more entries? No problem! Grab your detective hat and solve a festive puzzle:

1) Check out the Cozy Vales Facebook page for a special Lantern Night poem.
2) At the bottom of that post, find a key word or short phrase.
3) Visit the other Cozy Vales Scribes’ Facebook pages (linked at the bottom of that post), and find a post with their version of the poem.
4) Find the word/phrase on their post (and follow their pages if you feel so inclined!)
5) Unscramble the words/phrases for a secret holiday message and add it to your entry form on the giveaway page (https://socialman.net/c/7f0ch/)

My part of the poem?

Across the vales a thousand lights
The darkness holds no sway tonight
A candle in each window bright
As we gather here for Lantern Night.

Light

The contest runs from Thursday, December 21st through 11:59pm EST on January 4th, 2024.

Again – thank you so much, and we wish you and your families all the best on this very special Lantern Night!

Across the vales a thousand lights The darkness holds no sway tonight A candle in each window bright As we gather here for Lantern Night. Light
